Police managed to scoop its second victory in the Startimes Uganda Premier with a 5-0 win over Airtel Kitara at Kavumba Recreation Ground, Wakiso.

Ben Ocen opened the scoring in the 40th minute from a penalty spot after a foul play on Kiwalazi Tonny before adding the second three minutes to the end first half.

Our defender Mahmood Hassan Aka “Mood” gave us our third in the 62nd minute from a free kick before our talisman Ocen completing his hat trick in the 71st minute.

Midfielder sozi Yousuf, off the bench sealed a fine day for us with a 76th minute goal as we sailed to a comfortable 5-0 victory.

It was little wonder the tactician Abdallah Mubiru was full of praise for the boys.

“First of all, We thank the Almighty for enabling us play without sustaining any injury. We thank Him for the very good results and the good performance.

“I thank the boys for the effort and commitment they’ve put in and everyone in the club to enable us achieve this success.”
