The cops registered their first loss of the season in the Uganda Premier league last evening going down 1-0 against UPDF FC at Bombo military playground.

The difference between the two sides came in the 60′ minute a goal scored by Ruben Paul Kabuye.

The loss means the cops drop to 3rd place on the table while UPDF rise to the top of the table.
Abdallah Mubiru made changes in the second half to try and mount a comeback. Fahad Kizito, Mubaraka Nsubuga, Herman Wasswa and Tonny Mawejje came off the bench to replace Derrick Kakooza, Ssozi Yousuf, and Ruben Kimera.

Club Captain Mawejje said “The game did not go as expected but they tried their level and focus moves to the next matches.

“We shall be able to pick ourselves up and win the next games”.
